Andrew Stroud is a 1981 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY. Mr. Stroud served six years of active duty in the US Army and achieved the rank of Captain before being honorably discharged in May 1986. Mr. Stroud completed his MBA with Averett University in 1992. He was certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources through the Society of Human Resource Management in 2008.
Mr. Stroud has been a human resource practitioner for 30 years and has held senior level HR leadership roles with PepsiCo (Frito Lay & Pizza Hut), Great Plains Energy, Aramark, Insituform Technologies, and Energy Recovery. As the Managing Director for i4Talent, he partners with the clients to leverage “talent, teams, and capabilities” that add value for all stakeholders.
Mr. Stroud is proud of the fact that i4Talent conducted all the anti-harassment & discrimination training for both the St. Louis Metropolitan & County Police departments. Additionally, the St. Louis County Police hired i4Talent to conduct “Biased Based Policing” training to its entire department. Mr. Stroud has also conducted work place investigations for Emerson Electric, Webster University, and the St. Louis Metropolitan Police department. A passionate teacher and coach, Mr. Stroud has been an adjunct professor with Webster University and has also taught at both Friends University (Wichita, KS) and National University (San Diego, CA.) Mr. Stroud has been a featured speaker for the American Association of Blacks in Energy, Thurgood Marshall Scholarship Fund, National Urban League, National Association of African Americans in Human Resources, Westminster College, Benedictine College, and California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Mr. Stroud strives to inspire and educate young people on the lessons he has learned in life and business with a focus on what it takes to be a successful professional.
